    Refund/Cancellation Policy

    Returns:

    • Returns are accepted only for damaged products or incorrect items (wrong size or item).

    • To qualify for a return, items must be in original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.

    • Minor defects (e.g., loose threads, slight color differences) are not eligible for returns.

    Reporting Issues:

    • Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, supported by a 360° unedited unboxing video showing the parcel and the issue clearly.

    Return Process:

    • We do not provide a return pickup service; customers must send returns to our address.

    • Free replacements for damaged or incorrect items will be provided within 7 days of delivery.

    • To initiate a return, contact us at info@marrash.in or via WhatsApp/calls at 9746675265, 90748 52645, or +91 73568 75178. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

    Exchanges:

    • For exchanges, return the current item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

    Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection and approval. Note that bank processing times may vary.

    For Sarees

    Conditions for Return:

    • Defective items will be refunded, including shipping charges.

    • Common issues (e.g., small knots, uneven threads) are not considered defects.

    Defects Include:

    • Tears in the saree, incorrect lengths, or missing blouse pieces.

    Return Process:

    • Email us at info@marrash.in within 3 days of receiving the product for returns.

    • Ship items back within 7 days of receipt.

    • International returns are the buyer’s responsibility, including customs fees.
